LARGE ITEM SHIPPING NOTE: If you ordered an item 60" or larger there is a chance it will need to ship via freight truck service. In order to give you the best price on crating and shipping, a custom quote is needed based on your delivery location. Delivering to a commercial location (home based businesses do not qualify) will be the most cost effective. Once your order is placed, a MTFC representative will contact you with your crating and shipping costs. Your order will not be processed until we receive your approval of these cost.

If you are ordering multiple items and one of those items needs to ship on a freight truck because of its size and one of those items normally ships in a box and with normal ground shipment, our system will return a shipping cost of only the smaller parcel shipment and not include the cost of the larger item shipping. On your order under Shipping Method, it will say Shipped - Advise Shipping Cost Prior To Shipping. Once we receive your order we will email you with the correct, update shipping cost including the larger item and wait for your approval prior to processing your order. We can also provide you with the cost prior to you placing your order if you would like to know ahead of time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROVIDING A REFERENCE PICTURE: Once you place your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation number, please reply to this email and attach your electronic picture file. If you plan on mailing in a hard copy of your picture, please note this in the comments section during the checkout process. If you have any questions please email us at
