67" Yellowfin Tuna Full Mount

This beautiful 67" Yellowfin Tuna full mount, which we call a two sided wall mount, is extremely realistic with the skin texture that was captured during the molding process. These fast and powerful fish are known for their exploding, arial strikes on baits and their delicious table fair. Yellowfin, also know as Ahi in Hawaii, can be found in deep waters in different oceans around the world and travel in schools with other tunas close to their size.

Yellowfin Tuna Mount Painting Schedule

With all our full mounts we encourage our customers to send in a picture of their catch so we can paint and replicate to match that fish. Without a picture our normal process is to paint a standard paint blue to steel black above, silver to silvery gold on the flanks, silvery white belly. The final step is to clear coat the yellowfin tuna replica with a UV Protectant Urethane clear coat.
