36" Snook Full Mount

Fish Mount Guarantee This gorgeous 36" left facing snook full mount, which we call a two sided wall mount, is positioned into the traditional form replicating a lazy snook, head into the current and ready to pounce on bait caught in the current. This piece is extremely realistic with the skin texture that was captured during the molding process and an extremely precise and accurate black lateral line. Everything that is viewable when up on all the wall is finished.

Fish Mount Painting Schedule

With all our full mounts we encourage our customers to send in a picture of their catch so we can paint and replicate to match that fish. Without a picture our normal process is to paint the snook to look "lit up" and alive as if it was swimming on your wall. Our painting process begins with a base coat of silver with golds, browns and blacks sprayed across the back. We then highlight the fins and tail with shades of yellow, airbrush the lateral line and spray some iridescent white pearl to really make it pop. The pictures you see in this listing are the examples of our standard paint schedule.

Snook Fish Mount Installation Process

Our easy to hang bracket arrives already attached to the backside, balance point of this fish mount. After removing this fish mount from the packaging, hold up the fish mount up on the wall where you would like it to live and then mark the spot where the hanger is on the wall. Then drill in a screw or hammer in a nail and the bracket will easily hang on the nail or screw head.
