Sharks roam the world using their senses to seek out easy prey. They are commonly caught by fisherman either targeting them for the thrill or catching a shark or as by catch when fishing for other pelagic or reef specimens. All of our shark mounts were molded off of actual sharks and therefore providing you with the most anatomically correct shark available. We use specialized shark eyes and either real teeth or artificial teeth which are cast from molds off real teeth. Put on of our shark mounts up on your wall and your friends and family will ooh and aww.
Painting Your New Shark Mount
Sharks can alter in coloring. Some sharks are nearly completely grey and white with blacktips and sometimes they have a brownish or goldish tint to them. Other sharks such as Mako and Blue sharks are more blueish then grey. Depending on whether you are actually commemorating a catch or just looking for decoration, we can either custom paint your new shark mount from your picture or you can give our artists creative ability to paint them to their liking, as if there are alive and swimming after prey.
Shipping The Shark Mount
Depending on the size of the shark it can either be shipped via Ground shipment in a cardboard box system we have developed for a safe transit, or it will be crated and shipped on a freight truck. Our packaging department takes their position very seriously and it shows with our less than 2% damage rate. Should damage occur we will replace the replica as quickly as we can produce a new one.
Each shark mount will arrive to you with an easy to hang bracket on the backside of the replica. Hold the shark up on the wall, mark the spot where the bracket touches the wall, drill in a screw or hammer in a nail and then hang your new shark mount. The "easy level" bracket will allow you to position the shark parallel to the ground or pivoted so that the shark mount is either swimming up your wall or down your wall. The choice is yours!
