Description

Also known as a Dorado or Dolphin. This half mount measures 50" long. It has bright greenish blue above, yellow on sides, with the capability of flashing purple, chartreuse, and a wide range of other colors. Its body tapers sharply from head to tail and has irregular blue or golden blotches scattered over sides. The anterior profile of head on adult males (bulls) is nearly vertical and the head of females (cows) more sloping.

Each replicas overall length is determined by measuring from the tip of the mouth (or bill) and running along the lateral line to the fork in the tail and then running the distance from the fork to the end of the longest tail length. All length measurements have the possibility of being off by a small percentage since we are fabricating in fiberglass using a grinding technique.
